Shipping & Returns for NB Rosettes
Shipping Policy
All Rosettes (products) are shipped using first class royal mail.
Products are posted the next working day Monday to Thursday.
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted Monday.
For any bank holidays, products will be posted the next non-bank holiday working day.
Any product weighing over 250g will be posted first class signed for ie. small parcel 1st-3rd x10 and larger.
Large orders
If the item is not in stock shipping will take longer but you will be informed and kept up to date.
Peak Season
Some products can take up to 1 week to post. This info is displayed in the description.
All products are made and posted in the order they are purchased.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns for royal mail late delivery.
You are responsible for ordering items in time for your event / show.
No returns if your show / event is cancelled for any reason.
No returns for personalised items.
Proof of postage will be given if required.
If an item is damaged via royal mail please contact me with photos of the damage.
If an item does not arrive please contact me.
If in the highly unusual event that something is missing or not correct please contact me. Items are checked and checked again to ensure items are correct. Items are all weighed before they are sent.
